We use GRP in a multitude of theming elements for the entertainment industry, focusing theme parks, attractions, commercial and residential buildings, in sets and props for movies, television, theatre, and musical, staging as well as, exhibition and event productions.

We have a team of skilled master carpenters to take on all kinds of decorative woodworks along with standard carpentry such as exhibition stands, platforms, minor furniture and cabinetry works, and more. Depending on the nature of the final product, we also use wood as part of our mold making process. 

We rely heavily on EPS (Expanded Polystyrene or “Styrofoam”) as the basis for most of our decorative works. We have world class sculptors along with a 7-axis CNC sculpting robot that allows us to carve and sculpt the most exquisite pieces in exceptional detail.

We have a highly skilled and talented metalworks department with a team of certified welders that are trained in welding mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other metals. Our welding shop handles all of our internal and secondary framing for all of our works in addition to certain level of primary steel as required to support our fabrication and construction process.

Our casting division is well versed in producing GRC works however we recommend using our alternative GRP “Resicrete” product as a lighter weight and stronger alternative to GRC where applicable.

We have a highly specialized division focusing on clear resin and acrylic to produce unique clear and translucent artistic pieces and architectural elements. Using both clear cast resin and thermoformed acrylic, we produce exceptional sculptures and products in all shapes and forms. We also uses acrylic in various colors and for fabrication of signage and light boxes.

Rubber is an incredibly versatile, all-purpose material that is used across a huge range of domestic and industrial applications.

We are experts in the use of various types of plaster including gypsum plaster, plaster of Paris, and cement plaster – each with its own purpose. We use gypsum plaster and plaster of Paris primarily for model making of architectural elements. Cement plaster is used as a decorative application to walls and as the final coat of the EIFS system allowing Mint to create all kinds of themed finishes from bricks to stones to artificial rocks.
