Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi
Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi is the world's largest indoor theme park in Abu Dhabi, UAE. A world of action and adventure owned and developed by Miral. The park features characters from Warner Bros.'s franchises, such as Looney Tunes, DC Comics, Hanna-Barbera, and others. The park is located on Yas Island.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The project features six themed lands; Gotham City, Metropolis, Cartoon Junction, Bedrock, Dynamite Gulch and Warner Bros. Plaza. Gotham City and Metropolis are based on the fictional settings of DC Comics superheroes Batman and Superman, spanned over a two-year period and accomplished in 2017. The entire project focused on Warner Brother’s classic IPs, the design, fabrication and installation of character sculptures, props, graphics, and overall signages, including 3D printing and theme painting. This project aimed to enhance the visual landscape of the park, infusing Abu Dhabi's cultural hubs with the vibrancy and allure of iconic cartoon characters.
